Make your event extra special with personalised mini portraits of each guest. From wedding favours to corporate events, this will make every person feel special and remember the day. All watercolours are personalised and hand painted by me, Devon.
All portraits are A7 and are very detailed, as such - all need to be done on watercolour paper as other paper stocks can't handle the layers of paint. The paper quality is included in the price :)
Extras: - Please let me know if there are any special touches around your theme I can do for you - I love details! Small additions can be made completely free of charge. - If you give me your table layout I can make sure they're organised for you in this way when posted to save you some time and hassle.
NEXT STEPS: 1-2 pictures for each portrait, looking face on, in colour and detail will help me to capture your guest. Pixilated or blurry images will make it hard for the painting to look like the person. 1) Select quantity, add to basket and check out 2) Save 1-2 images of each guest (these can be asked for in RSVP's if you'd like to save yourself the admin of finding them), LinkedIn photos can work great 3) Rename all images with the correct name of each guest (please check spelling!) 4) Images can be sent via WeTransfer for larger orders or zip folder for smaller orders. Timings: - Please feel free to email me to see how quickly I can do an order, the times indicated here are an estimate and depending on how busy I am I could do them quicker - For larger orders (40+) please leave as much time as you can - even if it's to order them and inform me of the date needed by so I can give you a deadline for images based on my workload and block out enough time for you - Express shipping to countries outside of the UK may incur some additional charges, receipts for transparency will be provided
** By sending these images you agree that you have you have permission to do so. All images will be deleted from where I store them as soon as the date of your event has passed. I reserve the right to use any name cards (only those with first names) for the promotion of my work.
